We are currently hiring for the position of Senior UI Developer within our Engineering department. This is a full-time role offering [Bangalore / Remote / Hybrid] work arrangements.
We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of professional experience who can independently analyze an existing codebase, modernize outdated user experiences, and develop responsive, scalable, and high-quality web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance modern, responsive web interfaces and reusable UI components.
- Convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces, including dashboards, forms, and navigation elements.
- Modernize existing interfaces, optimize frontend performance, and integrate with backend APIs.
- Maintain visual consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams, and participate in code reviews.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of frontend development experience working with complex, enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in HTML5, Semantic HTML, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, Bootstrap, and Responsive Web Design.
- Hands-on experience with Mustache (or similar server-side templating), RequireJS, AMD module architecture, jQuery, AJAX, Fetch API, and JSON.
- Experience with Chrome/Edge Developer Tools, ESLint, Prettier, npm, and build tools like Grunt or Gulp.
- Strong understanding of DOM manipulation, web accessibility (WCAG), Git workflows, and UI/UX principles.
Good to Have
- Experience with React, Vue.js, PHP-based applications, and modular/plugin-based architectures.
- Experience developing reusable design systems, component libraries, or automated UI testing.
